توضح هذه الشروط والأحكام البنود العامة لاستخدامك تطبيق سَكِينَة وأي من المنتجات والخدمات ذات الصلة. هذه الشروط ملزمة قانونيًا بينك وبين مطور تطبيق سَكِينَة. من خلال استخدامك للتطبيق والخدمات المرتبطة به، فإنك تقر بأنك قرأت وفهمت وتوافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. أنت تدرك أن هذه الشروط تشكل عقدًا بينك وبين المطور حتى وإن لم يتم التوقيع عليها فعليًا، وهي تحكم استخدامك للتطبيق والخدمات.
اقتراحات المستخدم وحقوق المطور
يحق لك تقديم اقتراحات أو تعليقات بشأن التطبيق، ونرحب بذلك دائمًا. ومع ذلك، يحتفظ المطور بحق تقرير ما إذا كان سيتم تنفيذ أي اقتراح بناءً على مدى ملاءمته ورؤيته للتطبيق. المطور غير ملزم بإضافة أي ميزات جديدة، أو الاستجابة لأي طلب، أو دعم منصات جديدة. جميع القرارات المتعلقة بالتغييرات في التطبيق وإضافة ميزات أو منصات جديدة تبقى على تقدير المطور وحده.
الاشتراك الداعم داخل التطبيق لا ينشئ أي التزام على المطور بتنفيذ أي طلب أو إضافة أي ميزة يطلبها المشترك. الاشتراك هو دعم لاستمرارية التطبيق، وليس عقدًا لتطوير ميزات مخصصة أو مطلوبة.
طبيعة التطبيق ومميزاته
سَكِينَة تطبيق إسلامي مجاني وخال من الإعلانات، يهدف إلى تقديم تجربة هادئة تجمع القرآن الكريم، الاستماع لتلاوات القراء، الأذكار وحصن المسلم، مواقيت الصلاة، القبلة، الحديث الشريف، أسماء الله الحسنى، الإذاعات الإسلامية وبث الحرمين، متابعة ختمة القرآن، التفسير، المسبحة الإلكترونية، والقسم التعليمي للصلاة والوضوء والعمرة والحج.
تُقدم هذه المميزات بحسب ما هو متاح داخل التطبيق ووفق التحديثات المنشورة من وقت لآخر. قد تتغير بعض المزايا أو طريقة عرضها أو مصادرها أو توفرها بحسب قرارات التطوير أو القيود التقنية أو سياسات المنصات.
المنصات المدعومة
يتوفر تطبيق سَكِينَة عبر المنصات الرسمية التي يعلن عنها المطور، ويجب تحميله فقط من المتاجر أو الروابط الرسمية. لا يوجد إصدار رسمي لنظام Android أو أي متجر APK أو نسخة ويب كتطبيق بديل ما لم يتم الإعلان عن ذلك صراحة من المطور.
تنبيه هام: إذا شاهدت أي تطبيق يحمل اسم "سَكِينَة" أو شعارنا على متجر غير رسمي أو موقع APK أو منصة لا نعلن عنها رسميًا، فقد يكون تطبيقًا منتحلًا ولا علاقة لنا به. نرجو الإبلاغ عنه إلينا مباشرةً على abdultefstr@gmail.com وإلى المتجر المعني لإزالته.
إخلاء المسؤولية وحدود المسؤولية

الاشتراك الداعم
التطبيق مجاني في وظائفه الأساسية وخال من الإعلانات. الاشتراك داخل التطبيق اختياري تمامًا وهدفه دعم استمرارية التطبيق وتكاليف تشغيله وتحديثاته وانتشاره.
الاشتراك يمنح المزايا المعلنة وقت الاشتراك، وتشمل حاليًا ثيمًا إضافيًا وشارة الداعم. هذه المزايا رمزية وجمالية ولا تجعل وظائف التطبيق الأساسية حكرًا على المشتركين.
سيتم الدفع عن طريق حساب Apple ID الخاص بك بعد تأكيد الاشتراك. يتم تجديد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم يتم إيقاف التجديد التلقائي قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من نهاية فترة الاشتراك. سيتم احتساب رسوم على حسابك للتجديد في غضون 24 ساعة قبل نهاية فترة الاشتراك برسوم الاشتراك السارية في ذلك الوقت. يمكنك إدارة اشتراكاتك وإيقاف التجديد التلقائي بالانتقال إلى إعدادات حسابك في متجر التطبيقات بعد الشراء.

المحتوى الديني
المحتوى داخل التطبيق، بما في ذلك القرآن الكريم، الأذكار، الأدعية، حصن المسلم، الأحاديث، التفسير، أسماء الله الحسنى، والمواد التعليمية، يستند إلى مصادر معروفة ومتاحة للمراجعة العامة. رغم اجتهادنا في المراجعة، قد تقع أخطاء إملائية أو طباعية، وقد تختلف بعض الصيغ بحسب اختلاف الروايات أو المصادر.
يرجى الرجوع إلى أهل العلم أو المصادر الأصلية عند الحاجة. المطور لا يتحمل مسؤولية أي خطأ محتمل في المحتوى أو أي اعتماد كامل عليه دون تحقق.
مواقيت الصلاة والقبلة
تُحسب مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة بناءً على معلومات الموقع والإعدادات وطريقة الحساب التي يختارها المستخدم. قد تتأثر الدقة بعوامل خارجة عن سيطرة التطبيق، منها جودة تحديد الموقع، دقة البوصلة في جهازك، المعايرة، التداخل المغناطيسي، الارتفاع، المنطقة الزمنية، واختلاف اجتهادات العلماء في طريقة الحساب.
نوصي دائمًا بالتحقق من مواقيت الصلاة واتجاه القبلة من خلال المسجد المحلي أو الجهة الرسمية في بلدك، خصوصًا عند السفر أو في الحالات التي تتطلب دقة عالية.
التنبيهات والأذان والودجات
منبهات الصلاة والتنبيهات والودجات تعتمد على إمكانات نظام التشغيل وإعداداته. قد تتأثر التنبيهات بوضع التركيز، توفير الطاقة، إيقاف الإشعارات، إغلاق التطبيق بالكامل، إعادة تشغيل الجهاز، أو قيود النظام.
ننصح بمراجعة إعدادات الإشعارات والموقع والتقويم والودجات للتأكد من تفعيلها بالشكل الصحيح. المطور لا يتحمل مسؤولية تفويت أي صلاة أو تأخر التنبيه بسبب إعدادات الجهاز أو قيود النظام.
الصوتيات والبث والإذاعات
يوفر التطبيق مكتبة صوتية وتلاوات وإذاعات إسلامية وبثًا للحرمين بحسب ما هو متاح. قد تتأثر هذه الخدمات بجودة الاتصال بالإنترنت، توفر المصادر، تغيّر روابط البث، حقوق النشر، أو انقطاع خدمات الطرف الثالث.
لا نضمن توفر أي بث أو تلاوة أو إذاعة بشكل دائم، وقد يتم تعديل أو حذف مصادر صوتية عند الحاجة.
استخدام التطبيق
باستخدامك للتطبيق، توافق على عدم إساءة استخدامه أو محاولة تعديله أو اختراقه، أو إعادة بيعه أو تأجيره، أو استخدامه لأغراض غير مشروعة، أو محاولة الوصول إلى ميزات مدفوعة دون اشتراك فعلي، أو استخدام الاسم أو الشعار أو التصميم بطريقة توحي بالانتماء إلينا دون إذن صريح.
الملكية الفكرية
التطبيق بتصميمه، واسمه "سَكِينَة"، وشعاره، وتنظيمه، وشفرته البرمجية، وواجهاته، وطريقة عرض المحتوى داخله مملوكة للمطور ومحفوظة الحقوق. لا يجوز نسخ أو توزيع أو استنساخ أو إعادة استخدام شعار التطبيق أو اسمه أو واجهاته بدون إذن خطي صريح.
المحتوى الديني العام مثل نصوص القرآن والأذكار والأدعية ليس مملوكًا لنا، لكن طريقة تنظيمه وعرضه داخل التطبيق محمية. أي استخدام غير مصرح به للشعار أو الاسم أو التصميم يُعتبر انتحالًا، ونرجو الإبلاغ عنه على البريد الموضح في هذه الصفحة.
إنهاء الخدمة
يحتفظ المطور بالحق في إيقاف التطبيق أو أي من خدماته أو تعديلها في أي وقت، وبدون إشعار مسبق، ودون أي مسؤولية تجاه المستخدمين أو المشتركين، مع مراعاة سياسات Apple المعمول بها في الاشتراكات والمشتريات.
تنبيه هام
المطور غير مسؤول عن أي أخطاء أو عدم دقة في محتوى التطبيق. تقع على عاتقك، أنت المستخدم، مسؤولية التحقق المزدوج من كل ما تعتمد عليه داخل التطبيق.
قد لا تكون مواقيت الصلاة أو اتجاه القبلة أو بعض المحتوى دقيقًا بنسبة 100% في جميع الحالات، إذ تعتمد الدقة على الإعدادات التي اخترتها مثل الموقع، طريقة الحساب، المنطقة الزمنية، وإذن تحديد المواقع. يرجى مراجعة الإعدادات بعناية، والتأكد من التوقيت والاتجاه يدويًا من خلال مصادر محلية أو رسمية موثوقة قبل الاعتماد عليها.
التغييرات والتعديلات
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل هذه الاتفاقية أو شروطها المتعلقة بالتطبيق والخدمات في أي وقت. تسري هذه التعديلات عند نشر النسخة المحدثة من الاتفاقية داخل التطبيق أو على موقعنا. استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق والخدمات بعد أي تغييرات يعني موافقتك على هذه التغييرات.
قبول هذه الشروط
أنت تقر بأنك قرأت هذه الاتفاقية وتوافق على جميع شروطها وأحكامها. باستخدامك للتطبيق والخدمات، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الاتفاقية. إذا كنت لا توافق على الالتزام بشروط هذه الاتفاقية، فلا تستخدم التطبيق، ولن تكون مخولًا بالوصول إلى التطبيق أو استخدامه.

The terms that govern your use of the Sakinah app and related services.
These Terms and Conditions set out the general terms for your use of the Sakinah app and any related products and services. These terms are legally binding between you and the developer of Sakinah. By using the app and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
User Suggestions and Developer Rights
You may send suggestions or feedback about the App, and we welcome that. However, the Developer retains full discretion over whether any suggestion will be implemented. The Developer is not obligated to add new features, respond to any specific request, or support new platforms.
A supporter subscription does not create any obligation for the Developer to implement requested features. The subscription supports the continuity of the App and is not a contract for custom development.
App Nature and Features
Sakinah is a free, ad-free Islamic app designed to provide a calm experience that brings together the Quran, recitations, daily adhkar and Hisn Al-Muslim, prayer times, qibla direction, hadith, the Names of Allah, Islamic radio and Haramain live streams, Quran completion tracking, tafsir, digital tasbih, and educational content for prayer, wudu, umrah, and hajj.
These features are provided as available in the App and may change over time. Some features, presentation methods, sources, or availability may be updated due to development decisions, technical constraints, or platform policies.
Supported Platforms
Sakinah is available only through the official platforms, stores, or links announced by the Developer. There is no official Android version, APK version, or web-app replacement unless we expressly announce one.
Important notice: if you see an app using the Sakinah name or logo on an unofficial store, APK website, or platform we have not announced, it may be an impersonating app. Please report it to abdultefstr@gmail.com and to the relevant store.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We make no warranties or representations about the content, including but not limited to its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability. The services and content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We and our partners are not responsible for the accuracy, correctness, or completeness of any information provided through the services, or for errors or delays in information for any reason. You agree that you use the services and content at your own risk.
Supporter Subscription
The App is free in its core functionality and contains no ads. The in-app subscription is completely optional and exists to support the continuity, operation, updates, and reach of the App.
The subscription unlocks the benefits announced at the time of subscription, currently including an additional theme and a supporter badge. These are symbolic and visual benefits; the App's core functionality remains available without a subscription.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current subscription price. You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store account settings after purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your Apple ID account settings.
You are responsible for reviewing the fee schedule from time to time and staying aware of applicable charges and discounts. Fees and discounts may change at our discretion.
Important: subscription benefits may change, be added, or be removed over time at the Developer's discretion. This does not create a right to refund or compensation except as required by Apple's applicable policies. The subscription does not require the Developer to fulfill specific subscriber requests.
Religious Content
The App's religious content, including the Quran, adhkar, supplications, Hisn Al-Muslim, hadith, tafsir, the Names of Allah, and educational materials, is based on known sources available for public review. Despite our review efforts, spelling or typographical errors may occur, and wording may vary between narrations or sources.
Please refer to qualified scholars or original sources when needed. The Developer is not responsible for possible content errors or for relying on the content without independent verification.
Prayer Times and Qibla
Prayer times and qibla direction are calculated based on location information, settings, and the calculation method selected by the user. Accuracy may be affected by factors outside the App's control, including GPS quality, device compass accuracy, calibration, magnetic interference, altitude, time zone, and scholarly differences in calculation methods.
We recommend verifying prayer times and qibla direction through your local mosque or official authority, especially when traveling or when high accuracy is required.
Notifications, Adhan, and Widgets
Prayer alerts, notifications, and widgets depend on operating system capabilities and settings. Alerts may be affected by Focus mode, Low Power Mode, disabled notifications, force-closing the App, device restarts, or system restrictions.
Please review notification, location, calendar, and widget settings to make sure they are enabled correctly. The Developer is not responsible for missed prayers or delayed alerts caused by device settings or system restrictions.
Audio, Streams, and Radio
The App may provide audio recitations, Islamic radio, and Haramain streams as available. These services may be affected by internet connection quality, source availability, stream URL changes, copyright restrictions, or third-party service interruptions.
We do not guarantee that any recitation, stream, or radio source will remain available permanently, and sources may be modified or removed when needed.
Use of the App
By using the App, you agree not to misuse, modify, hack, resell, rent, or use it for unlawful purposes; not to access paid features without an active subscription; and not to use the name, logo, or design in a way that suggests affiliation without explicit permission.
Intellectual Property
The App's design, name "Sakinah", logo, organization, code, interfaces, and method of presenting content are owned by the Developer and protected. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or reuse the App's logo, name, or interfaces without express written permission.
General religious texts such as Quran, adhkar, and supplications are not owned by us, but their organization and presentation inside the App are protected. Unauthorized use of the logo, name, or design is considered impersonation and should be reported using the contact email on this page.
Service Termination
The Developer reserves the right to stop or modify the App or any of its services at any time, without prior notice and without liability to users or subscribers, subject to Apple's applicable subscription and purchase policies.
Important Notice
The Developer is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in the App's content. You, the user, are responsible for double-checking anything you rely on inside the App.
Prayer times, qibla direction, and some content may not be 100% accurate in all cases because accuracy depends on settings such as location, calculation method, time zone, and location permission. Please review settings carefully and verify timing and direction manually through trusted local or official sources before relying on them.
Changes and Amendments
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms related to the App and services at any time. Changes become effective when the updated Agreement is published in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App and services after changes means you accept those changes.
Acceptance of These Terms
You acknowledge that you have read this Agreement and agree to all of its terms and conditions. By using the App and services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App and you are not authorized to access or use it.
